Dean & Steve worked very hard to complete everything yesterday & I have to say, having had the experience of some atrocious builders recently, they were an absolute pleasure to have working in the house. They were very considerate & communicative, making the whole experience more pleasurable. Their behaviour gave us the confidence that they would do an excellent job, & they did.

BRILLIANT SERVICE OF A BYGONE AGE! Nothing was too much trouble. Wasn’t offered only expensive solutions but the best solutions. Honest! Prompt measuring service. Awaiting our decision regarding choice of flooring and they will then lay carpet by only their tried and trusted workmen. We may have to wait a few days longer, but I know the after sales service will be excellent. I’ve had bad outcomes from those “speedy” cowboys. I’m so thrilled with this company I’d not go elsewhere. Kevin Pearce has totally transformed our hall,kitchen,study and cloak room by laying a beautiful new parquet flooring throughout.My wife and I are so pleased with the installation which has received many admiring comments from our friends and neighbours. Andrew and Dan who laid the floor were a pleasure to have in the house and were so skilled and attentive to detail and worked so hard to give us the floor we dreamed of. We had a new kitchen installed at the same time and the kitchen company tried to persuade us to let them install the floor but we are so pleased that we resisted their overtures as I doubt they would have carried out the same floor preparation work that Andrew and Dan did. Definitely horses for courses.
